Domestic Shipping

Our shipping rates for Australian orders only are as follows:

Free standard shipping over $100

Standard rate shipping for $9.95

Free express shipping over $150

Express shipping rate for $17.95

No local delivery or local pick up available at this stage.

All retail orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 3-5 business days for flat rate or free shipping orders. 1-3 business days for express post orders. These delivery times are based on Australia Post recommendations and may vary. 

We choose to ship via Sendle and Australia Post, but could change in the future at any given notice.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in the address, unless it is an error made by JCS Candle Co. 

You will receive your tracking information once we have shipped your parcel via the email address provided during check out.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer International Shipping due to extended wait times and costly shipping prices.
