Refund Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction, however, we do not accept used items for return or refund, or if you happen to change your mind. JCS Candle Co. do not accept responsibility for dissatisfaction with the fragrance as this is very subjective and can not be proven to be a product defect. 

If you received your order and it is incorrect, please email us at hello@jcscandleco.com.au for support. If your candle has been damaged during shipping please contact us within 2 days of you receiving your parcel. 

Occasionally parcels can get lost during transit, if your parcel is deemed to be lost and after we have investigated through Australia Post, we will organise a re-delivery or a refund.
