Please be aware that the natural origin of beeswax may result in variations in colour from batch to batch. The inherent beauty of these variations is a testament to the authenticity of our products.

Yes! All of our fragrances are phthalate free and use 100% pure essential oils.

I was worried about this as well when I first started testing beeswax. When beeswax cools it can shrink slightly which can sometimes cause cracking. Don't worry! This does not affect the quality or performance of your candle, in fact this proves that your candle contains 100% beeswax in it's most natural form.

At this stage we only ship within Australia.

If you have received a candle from us that has a defect, or has been broken during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@jcscandleco.com.au we will arrange a refund, a store credit or a replacement candle. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.
